Unless otherwise agreed to by Youth Tech Solutions, any quotation is open for acceptance for 30 days. Acceptance of the quotation must be in writing and signed by the client. Until the quotation is accepted, Youth Tech Solutions reserves the right to withdraw or vary any part of such quotation.

Any estimated date for the completion of the services as specified in the quotation is also estimated and may vary as per these terms and conditions.

The fees specified in the quotation are quoted inclusive of any GST.

Youth Tech Solutions will not be responsible for any indirect or consequential losses due to delay in committed service deliverables, where the delay is because of natural or ungovernable causes.

The clients will defend, cover, and hold Youth Tech Solutions harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses related to the services provided by Youth Tech Solutions to the clients under this agreement, including without limitation claims made by Third Parties associated with any false advertising claims, liability claims for products or services sold by the client, claims for patent, trademark, or copyright infringement claims due to disruption or malfunction of services provided, or for any content submitted by you for publication by Youth Tech Solutions.

Knowing how digital media works, any content or information given by the clients to Youth Tech Solutions for publication can be accessible to the public as soon as the publication is carried out. Youth Tech Solutions will not be responsible for screening the material and any damages or losses of profit, goodwill, or at business assets due to the nature of the content being publicised.

In case, if you shared your id-passwords with any third party other than Youth Tech Solutions, we, at Youth Tech Solutions, will not be responsible for any loss or mishap.

If clients avail of any monthly service package of Youth Tech Solutions, they are obliged to pay a total chargeable amount prior to the commencement of the work.

If Youth Tech Solutions and the client agree on a particular quote regarding a service package, they are liable to pay 50% of the billable amount in advance, prior to the commencement of the work. The remaining 50% of the payment will have to be made within 7 days of the start date of the services.

The clients must know that invoices for fees cannot be allocated to any specific ad group or keywords, products, or services, and the fee will be levied at an overall campaign level covering all services provided to the clients.

Youth Tech Solutions shall provide the clients with the invoice once a month, in advance. The clients must clean the invoiced fees and expenses to Youth Tech Solutions within 7 days of the receipt of the invoice relating to those fees.

Moreover, if the clients do not pay a monthly invoice within the due date, Youth Tech Solutions shall terminate the services immediately.

There cannot be any refund for any fee related to the monthly maintenance package.

In case any client needs to cancel the auto annual renewal, please reach out to us in writing at least one month prior to the renewal date.

In case any client decides to terminate an ongoing term or maintenance package for any reason, they will need to pay the balance amount for the remaining months.

Youth Tech Solutions reserves the right to terminate annual maintenance at any time with written notice to the client.
